24 hours notice must be given for all ground service requests. The passenger lobby will be open 1 hour prior to scheduled departure time. Ground service delays may occur in the event that your flight and/or tail number are blocked from flight tracking services. Less than 24 hours notice of changes to scheduled services may result in additional ground service delays. In the event of a no-show scheduled service, a $500 fee will be incurred.
